[Samurai Sword 5]

Superb

Even though this is #5, you didn't fall into the trap of thinking that the viewers knew your characters. You took the time to develop both characters and plot.

The training montage was awesomely funny. And you left us without telling why our Hero is our hero. So, naturally every is going to have to see the next one to find out what the kid IS good for.

Oh, the flash was ok too.

I'm saving the 10's for the game.

The mix of animation styles was a nice touch. The humor was good.

Of course, if they were from the future, they should be able to come back later, I think. The only thing I really know about temporal mechanics is that you shouldn't pay them by the hour.

Check out the Discworld novels, "Pyramids" and "Thief of Time" if you get stuck for ideas.

That's actually a fantastic idea. Time Squad has been my big, fat, time-travel parody sandwich, so I can always use more material. Even then, I'd still like to read that kinda thing recreationally.

Street Fighting Mario is hilarious! I can't wait for the rematch with Donkey Kong. Color and resolution was a nice touch, hearking back to the shitty 8 bit animation of the original games, thus providing authenticity and in turn boosting the humor level. (How's that for a runon sentence?)

And I didn't even have to put in a quarter.

Well done animation, well drawn charcters, scored so that the music builds the mood. Interesting premise and the guy is willing to spend some time developing characters as he sets up the story.

I've seen worse on Cartoon network. This is how it's done. And, while it took a while to draw those characters intially, he can use the same panels over and over again as the story progresses, merely changing background and detail to make them seem new. That's how Tex Avery and Walter Lantz did it, except, they didn't have Flash to work with.

Compared to 99.9% of submisions. this is Citizen Kane.

Pretty funny, It's hard to choose a favorite short, but it would probably be streetwalker Barbie. It could have been the Killer Bee, but they come from South America and this one has a Puerto Rican accent.
